Duties and Responsibilities
  • Produce both Retirement Plan and High Net Worth Individual new client proposals as needed
  • New account set-up for Wealth Advisors and Retirement Plan Services clients
  • Provide timely and high-quality direct client service that exceeds client expectations
  • On-going client account care and maintenance
  • Assembling Employee Education materials for Investment Advisors and managing requests from clients
  • Assist in design updates to various client materials
  • Assist with securities Trading Compliance and documentation
To Qualify
  • Experience in financial services preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs and Adobe
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
